Project: Review Nintendo’s retail marketing Q1 campaign results across Best Buy, Target, and Walmart and conduct a deep-dive analysis and provide actionable insights and learnings to the team. For my final deliverable, I was asked to present to the entire Retail Marketing team including the Senior Director of Retail Marketing & Strategy on my findings of campaign analytics and then proposed recommendations to the team.

 
 

Throughout my time in this project,  I worked closely with customer business managers, customer marketing managers, retail marketing coordinators, and retail marketing managers on better understanding campaign reports and how our retail partners measure the success of their campaigns. Once I had a couple of retail marketing questions, I set up some time with Walmart and Target account managers to understand how our retail marketing team works with them on digital campaigns for Nintendo’s software and hardware. After I finalized my slide deck, I presented to the entire retail marketing team and proposed some recommendations on how to further Nintendo’s digital campaigns for retail marketing such as offsite and onsite ad placements as well as mobile ad placements. After the end of this project, I learned how to analyze the success of campaigns using data storytelling and how to teach my audience on the types of campaign metrics that exist and better understand them and utilize them to maximize Nintendo’s campaign budgets.
