Climate Change Economics Excel Model
In my climate change economics course I took @ UC Berkeley, I created an integrated assessment model using Excel that allowed me to see how we can assess the economic costs of climate change such as the social cost of carbon and total world abatement costs in a 300 year timeframe. By using Excel Macros and Solver, I was able to decipher how much impact an extra ton of CO2 emissions in the air would make a difference!

The actual model and how many variables were taken into account. This is a simulation of a possible climate assessment model!

We did a cost-benefit analysis that allowed us to better understand how effective emission reduction rate policies are and whether it passes the test.

Below, are some graphs of how much of an impact emission reductions have on the overall global temperature increase.

Lastly, I did an economics project with 4 of my classmates who worked on researching the effects of a congestion charge policy in London and whether other nations should implement it!
