As an Indian-American, I joined MILLU to help parents strengthen relationships with their children through an immersive child kit that embraced authenticity. I led the brand’s first Kickstarter launch alongside a team of 10+, shaping copy, pricing strategy, and campaign design that hit its funding goal in just nine hours and raised over $12K. Beyond execution, I built KPI dashboards across web, social, and Kickstarter to track performance and presented weekly insights to leadership. I also conducted research on 30+ crowdfunding campaigns, using those findings to structure MILLU’s marketing and pricing plan. Working closely with the CMO and senior copywriter, I helped craft positioning and messaging that defined the company’s first product line.
