The Latte: 2 shots espresso, 1-2 tbsp pistachio sauce, 8oz milk, ice Pistachio Croissant Cold Foam: 3 tbsp heavy whipping cream, 1 tbsp milk, 1-2 tbsp pistachio butter or pistachio sauce, tiny knob of butter (the croissant secret 🥐), cinnamon spice to taste

Brew 2 shots espresso from your Ninja Stir pistachio sauce directly into hot espresso Fill ribbed glass with ice Pour espresso mixture over ice Add 8oz milk over espresso Combine heavy whipping cream, milk, pistachio butter and butter Froth until thick and foamy Pour pistachio croissant cold foam slowly over the top Dust with cinnamon spice to finish
