Pumpkin Cheesecake Latte

The Latte: 2 shots espresso, 8oz milk, ice Pumpkin Cheesecake Cold Foam: 3 tbsp heavy whipping cream, 2 tbsp milk, 1 tbsp mascarpone cheese, 1 tbsp Torani pumpkin pie sauce, pumpkin spice to taste

Brew 2 shots espresso or strong coffee from your machine Fill glass with ice Pour espresso over ice Add 8oz milk over espresso In a separate cup combine heavy whipping cream, milk and pumpkin pie sauce Froth mixture until thick and foamy Pour cold foam slowly over the top Dust with pumpkin spice to finish
